I am trying to get two of my products to sync into product introduction, but are failing due to the above error. How do I delete the external files?

Hello @mvinkler If you are getting that error your company is utilizing the Image Shadowing functionality.  In general, this means your external file links will be sent over in DAM when your item is successfully published to your trading partner.  Can you check your item in IM and see if you have external file links listed?  Are the links current and still good?

I would like to have the files removed from the products as they are no longer relevant. How do I do that?
