Product Image White Space & Package Padding Requirements

Hey Community,

I am working on getting some renders from my workshop team and they returned some images that I have questions about that may cause a retailer or recipient to reject the images we have for our products.

That being said is their a maximum that you don't want to exceed of white space in a product image? (White space around the product itself)

Is there also package padding requirements that we are to follow? (How full a product image should look)

I am trying to navigate through the information that has been provided and have yet to find a answer so I though to reach out for insight!

Thanks,
Mason

Hello @masonboedeker, nice to speak to you in the Community. Where there is no set standard we would recommend not having over 20% of the image being a white/transparent background. For the package again there is no set standard but would normally be a true representation of what is getting sent to the recipient.
