Manage Item Confirmations

There is a delay in status resets using Manage Confirmations. What's the is the issue and when it be resolved? We have been waiting for over an hour. Thanks!

Hi @RebeccaNichols! We appreciate you reaching out to the Community platform regarding this. There is currently a system backlog due to the amount of users and transactions in our systems at the moment. Though we do not have a precise time frame for the resolution, this issue is being investigated on our end.

Thanks for confirming. The backlog is still impacting this one reset. Please advise when it has been resolved.

Hello @RebeccaNichols .  I discussed this with our Applications team who confirmed a backlog for AS2 transactions that would impact batch CICs.  If your CICs were triggered from the GUI (IM) they would process.  We are investigating to resolve the issue with batch transactions and its resulting backlog.
