I have created items in Item Management. All is good. I have now been advised that I need to create them
in Kroger VIP. Isnt this double work?
If my items are only Fred Meyer, Do I still need to do it in Kroger VIP

Hello @Cheryl1 as an IM customer, teh best practice is to publish to Kroger from IM and then go to PI/VIP to top off your content and submit.
