Albertsons issues

Good morning,

We have all of our items listed as Private label, however, Albertsons flags an error stating National Brand Equivalent UPC is required on base units and Brand Code is required. I have looked everywhere to find these attributes with no luck. I've done the Ctrl F, checked the dictionary and went to the Kroger VIP. Can someone please tell me where I can find these attributes? Or, is it possible I don't even need Brand Distribution Trade Item Type to be Private Label?

I have temporarily removed the Private Label to get this moved through.

Hello @A_Flower nice to talk to you again. Once you click Edit for the Each level, or lowest level in the hierarchy, these attributes are going to be toward the top of the list of attributes to enter.

Thank you, Justin! Our broker works in PI for Albertsons. Can you please tell me, is there any significance in having Private Label or is that just a customer preference attribute? I want to help our broker, but I don't want to remove something that may flag an error for other customers.

@A_Flower Marking the item as Private Label means that you are producing the item but it is packaged and sold under the recipient, in this case, Albertsons branding.

Yikes, thanks Justin! In this case I should remove this from all of our products.

I had no idea what it actually meant, but totally understand now.

None of our items in 1sync are packaged in other branding.

I really appreciate your help!
