The item should be in Edit mode before taking any action on it, such as Validate/Submit, otherwise this error message will be triggered.
An Edit can be done from the Select Action drop-down or by opening the item and clicking the Edit button on the Hierarchy Data page.
We noticed you have two new items recently Listed. We recommend the Albertsons Training Module 9 videos to help guide you with the next steps: top off the Hierarchy Data page and Submit the items.
