Good morning team!

Please, see attached screen shot of an error message I have encountered with U.S. Foodservice that I not seen before and don't know how to address.

Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated!

I reviewed the U.S. Foodservice implementation guide and came across the highlighted note. Have you completed the Rationalization process, I am not sure what this is but would it help any?

@jcharles, apparently this is something to do with Syndigo.  I do not have access to that website and I wonder if this error message is keeping our items from going through.

If needed, I will contact our sales representative to see if she can find out more information.
