Delays for inbound IM Transactions

Hello,

Is anyone else experiencing delays for Inbound IM Transactions or is aware of any Backlog?

Hi Maria, 

Yes, I am still seeing delays. I tried to unlink a GTIN (10077975096540) and the status still shows "Underway" since 6/11 11:05 AM. Message ID: CBL-MSGID-004692668. There are other codes where I am showing data that was pushed over as a change still shows "Underway"

GM, No it has not, it still shows as "underway" and "Pending Unlink" no new status since yesterday

Hello @Kasia and thank you for the update.

Would you mind reaching out out to your AS2 provider as the Item Unlink did not reach the Item Management worklist? I've attached below all records tied to the GTIN provided:

I've also created a ticket for your request to see if the team can identify any stops/ failures stopping the item being received in Item Management, you will receive an email with additional information. Thank you!
