I keep having items marked as review, when I check the status the reason stated is: "Please send a Change by Refresh message". Can someone please explain what this means?
I was under the impression that a "change by refresh message" simply meant to save the item, allowing it to go through the process. No matter how many times I update the item and save it, I still keep getting them sent to review status for the same reason. I don't understand either, why would the retailer need a change by refresh message?

Hi @SMCGINLEY, thanks for reaching out! So that I can look further into this, could you provide the item's 14-digit GTIN?

Hey Montavio! Appreciate the quick communication.
There are over a dozen items I have this issue with, but here is fan item to use as an example: GTIN 20045059011809. The retailer put this item for review with "Please send a change by refresh message". I have recently updated the item and they still keep kicking it back to review status.

Thanks for providing that. The only Review messages I saw for that item were from PFG and were as follows:
You would need to review each of these errors and ensure they have been addressed and then simply save the changes for the updated item data to flow to PFG. For more help on getting to this section to review these errors, please view this Community video:

I understand and have already done that. Performance Food Group keeps sending multiple items back to review status with the same message stating that the allergens aren't there......but they are. Again, they have done this for a dozen or so items, claiming allergens need updated. the allergens are correct. I have other retailers that have already accepted & synchronized the same item with the current data. How do I resolve this?

Hi there. Thank you for explaining. So, there is a specific way to fill in the Nutrients they require, as they are considered the Big 8 plus Seasme (Big 9). Please ensure that the Food and Beverage Products playlist is selected and then navigate to the Dairy Fish Meat Poultry Information. You can learn more about how to add this by reviewing the following Community article on the Big 9:
