Please could you assist with the clarification of CIC status "Attribute value must be in list" for US Foodservice?

@Kateryna Yes, the Change By Refresh Message is just saying the update is sent when the GTIN is saved. The steps would be to update the GTIN, validate, and then save.

Hello @Kateryna. You would need to reach out to your US Foodservice contact and see what attribute they are requesting to be updated and also obtain a Valid Value list that they accept for that attribute.

Could you please explain, what does it mean "Change_By_Refresh_Message?" as is stated in Corrective Action Code?
What is the procedure - isn't it just "Modify Item - Save- Validate" in Item Management?

We are having the same issue with US Foodservice, that our items are coming back with a CIC Code that a Valid Value must be on a list, but they don't tell you what attribute this CIC Code is for. I have reached out to US Foodservice and they still have not gotten back to us.
