Foodservice Distributor Publishing to Albertsons

Hi all,

We are a foodservice distributor selling to an Albertsons location into the Bakery and Deli departments.

We have a vendor who published data via their GDSN to our GLN and we were under the impression we would be able to find the data in 1Worldsync and the "Top Off" and submit to Alberstons. That doesn't seem to be the case as I can't find any of the items when I log into 1Worldsync Item Management. Does the vendor need to publish direct to Alberstons? How do we see it in PI then? All of the training videos were tailored to publishing direct to Alberstons and nothing seemed to fit the situation we're are in. 

Also for vendors that are not already publishing via a GDSN, how are distributors handling that? Are you completing PI and submitting on their behalf? Are you creating a login for them and having them do it via your 1Worldsync account? Are they filling out the PI spreadsheet and then you import it? 

Any insight/help would be greatly appreciated!
