Attaching DSD Authorization Worksheet error

Hello! I am trying to attach a new DSD Authorization Worksheet to a product in PI. I enter the product (00810116125456), click attachments, add the attachment in the popup window, and click Attach. I then receive an error message on a white background that says "Unknown Error 413". How do I navigate this issue?

I answered my own question, I believe. Unknown Error 413 is also known as Request Entity Too Large and means that there is an issue with the size of my file upload request. I re-downloaded the worksheet template and copy/pasted the data into the clean book. It uploads now, so problem solved, I guess.

Thank you for using the Community and for letting us know that it worked! You are absolutely right — we always recommend exporting a new file from the Albertsons homepage, as it should have the correct format and size.
