albertsons division 17 sub account number

I received a message asking me to add the sub account number for Albertsons Division 17 sub account number on the the DSD authorization worksheet.

I have no idea what this is or where to find it.

Hello,

The change needs to be made on the DSD worksheet that you completed and attached to your submission Albertsons. You simply remove the excel sheet, make the change and then submit it back to your merchandiser.
