Information Providers can lock the Sales Event in Kroger VIP a few different ways and unlocking it requires some help. You can learn more about some of the ways to accidentally lock the Sales Event HERE.
Error: "Sales Event" cannot be edited as Item Submission reason Code is currently locked for editing.
How to Resolve: If you encounter this error and your item was published from IM, contact Tech Support and we can reset it for you. If your item was created in VIP, contact your Kroger Buyer and they can help you resolve the locked sales event.
