Kroger VIP - Nutrifacts - Calories, Total Fat, Sodium, Total Carbohydrate and Protein - How to add nutritional data in Kroger PI / VIP

Error Message:  CIC999:Item Returned for Review: Auto Reject Please provide Calories, Sodium, Fat, Total Carbohydrates, and Protein for this item.|Pls add the Gluten Free Claim and ingredient statement.

How to Resolve:  Please see the attached document from Kroger that discusses populating these attributes.

Ticket has been created with 1WS technical support as we send both by_serving and by_measure.  Our by_serving data contains all the values expected, but for the by_measure we are not sending DVI.  This is causing Kroger to kick it back currently.  Just

Hi @emilylilbucks welcome to the Community. I looked at the most recent item sent to Kroger on April 8th of this year. Is this the item you are getting the error on? If so with looking at the Comment section in Product Introduction.

Kroger sent this back noting the image is an older image and looking for an updated image. If you are looking at another item, can you please provide that GTIN?
