Error Messages:

PI5001 Net Content & UOM (netContent) is required on consumer units and base units for Target Market (US). For GDSN items, you may need to correct data in the data pool.

KR10569 Net Content Equivalent UOM Override in Classification Specific Attribute Information pop-up cannot be empty on Base Units.

KR1034 Kroger Family Tree Recap Department, Kroger Family Tree Sub-Department, and Kroger Family Tree Class in Classification Specific Attribute Information pop-up are required for base units. Your item may have been mapped to a Kroger Family Tree location that does not currently exist. Please contact Kroger if you need assistance resolving this error.

How to Resolve:

Customers most often encounter these errors when the Kroger Class attributes have not yet been populated as required.  These attributes are found in Kroger PI/VIP at the item level.  Once you search for and click on your item, there are a few best practices to make this process easier for you.  First, at the top of the screen, look for the blue "Edit" link in the grey box and click it.  Next, select "View All Attributes" then "Save and Continue."  See below:

Scroll down the page until you find "Classification Specific Attributes" and click the blue link "View/Modify Attributes"

Next, click the blue "Family Tree Link" and search for your Kroger Class assigned to you by Kroger.  If you are unsure of your assigned class, reach out to your contacts at Kroger as that is information only they can provide you.

Once you select your class, you will see the attributes associated with that class.  Populate values and validate until any remaining validation errors are resolved.
