Suppliers wanting to publish their item information to Ocado will follow the steps below in VIP:
Under Geographic Regions / Divisions:
- select then add (+) the OTHER FORMATS division
- remove all divisions except Ocado (540) by toggling off the check mark next to nonapplicable divisions as shown (below)
Under Kroger Sales Event:
- select Kroger Event Code: KROGER DSD INFO REQUEST
- select Kroger Item Submission Reason Code: NEW ITEM
