Hi There!

I am trying to use PI for submitting a few items to Albertsons.  I followed the steps in module 1 and published the items to Albertsons.  The publish looks to be successful, but my items are not dropping in to PI.  Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I am unable to locate these items in PI.  Should I open a ticket with support?

Hello @AngieR  and welcome back!

You can track the current status of your publications using the Sync Status report. Please click HERE for the steps. 

A "PENDING SYNCHRONIZATION" status can be caused by the publications having been sent to the incorrect GLN. Please make sure you've published your items to GLN 0321130000013 - Albertsons Companies.

A FAILED SENDING to SUBSCRIBER or a REVIEW CIC will provide error messages that need to be corrected for the publications to go through. You can take a look at the IM REPORTS documentation for help with how to check for errors depending on the status of the publication.

We are a new GDSN supplier for Albertsons . 

 

We need to get the green flag them on what items the would like from our collection before summitting the product to the system correct ?

Hello @GlobitosLLCWelcome to the customer community.  Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, it is best to first confirm with your Albertsons contact(s) which items they would like to purchase from your and then startin setting these up in our systems. This way you do not go through the setup process for items you do not need to publish and thus save time.

So, I've got 4 items that are marked as "In Process Merchandising". How long will these take to be marked as "Complete". From my understanding the IM info provided was valid and successful in publishing since the products moved over to PI.  

Once in PI, I topped off the information required from me since I was able to save, validate, and submit. I also attached the DSD form required. This moved my items from "In Process - Supplier" to "In Process Merchandising".

What am I doing wrong? The goal is to get my items status to "Complete", but I haven't been able to do so. I do want to note for some reason I don't have a CIC for these items. Could it be related to that?

GTINS: 00024622511324 / 00024622511331 / 00024622511300 / 00024622510730

I'd appreciate any guidance. Thank you!

Hello @crod and thank you for reaching out to our customer community.  Welcome back.

Once an item is submitted to Albertsons, it is up to their teams to review and make sure the information corresponds to the requirements and expectations. We recommend reaching out to your Albertsons contact if, after more than 72 hours from submitting your items, there has been no update and no CIC number assigned.

We also noticed 2 of the 4 Eaches are linked in different hierarchies and to different logistical units. As long as Albertsons is fine with submitting your items as Eaches only, then it is alright, however retailers will in general prefer to receive information for the consumer unit as well as the logistical unit that consumer unit is shipped in.
