To edit or request correction for current information on a product, please:
● Log in to PartnerAccess, go to catalog and search for the product you would like to edit.
● Click on the part number and go to the product page.
●Almost any component of each section can be edited by click on the ''Edit'' button.
● If you edit a Specification that is used for the Product Description, the Description will update itself when the corrections will be applied.
You can also apply a mass edit on some components using the Enrich Catalog Template
Please note that any edition or correction will generate a correction request that needs to be processed by our Claims team, therefore the changes will not instantly be visible on the platform. Once our teams have applied the requested correction, the changes will be visible.
