Hi, I will like to know that It's okay to add item as case and clone as pallet or it has to be as each-case-pallet?

Hello @hp42 and welcome to the Community. You are able to clone any level of a product to make another level. So going from a case to a pallet is not an issue at all.

thank you for your response. So can you confirm that going from case to pallet is exactly same process from each to case. Otherwise please advise. Thank you.

Hello @hp42 thank you for your reply! Yes, we can confirm that going from a case to a pallet will not be an issue and it is the same process. Please make sure you are updating the attributes on the new GTIN  to match the pallet level.
