Hello, our technology teams are looking into the slow processing we are seeing in IM today. Customers and our teams are seeing slowness in IM when opening GTINs, uploading images, and some other functionality. I will post more here as we have updates from our tech teams.

Have there been any updates on this? Still experiencing slowness when adding a new item.
We are experiencing major slowness with Manage Item Confirmations as well. This has been occurring all week and is even worse today.

We are not seeing slowness on our end. When you posted here, I started asking tech support teams. Each of us tested and looked to see if other customers were reporting this like e we saw earlier this week but not today. Can you describe what actions you are talking about that are slow?
changing a status - it has been taking forever to process. It just now, in the last 30 minutes, resolved and they are processing as they should. Thank you!

I spent the last 30 minutes asking around and learned there was an update we made yesterday that basically increased bandwidth so I am surprised but understand the reports you are making today. Thank you for those and please keep posting as needed so I can make sure you are getting answers.
I am glad it seems to be better now and please let me know if that changes.

Hello, @mlandolt let me check around for you. Are there any particular actions you are taking that seem slower?
We are machine to machine and we have been waiting for about an hour for registration responses. Its been slow like this on and off for almost a week.
