Hello, our technology teams identified a backlog of transactions for customers submitting in PI/VIP. Until resolved, Kroger, Albertsons, and McLane could see delays in receiving content from PI to their systems. The issue is identified and we are working to resolve the backlog as quickly as possible. Processing is occurring to reduce the backlog.
Note, this backlog is NOT impacting IM transactions, only those from PI to Kroger, Albertsons, and McLane. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
