There is currently a backlog of transactions in IM that could cause delays in processing. We identified a few large customers who sent huge amounts of data all at once that created this backlog. We will continue to monitor and post updates here.

Do you have an idea when the data will start processing?
Hi - can you tell us when this will be cleared up? I haven't been able to save any of my data for new item setup. It gets stuck in Draft status and loses most of the data entered.
Good morning. The IM transaction backlog is much smaller now but not yet complete. We are monitoring this very closely.
