There was a very brief issue this afternoon that prevented users from accessing the Community, IM, PI/VIP, and UMA.  This was quickly resolved and if you are reading this, now that I can post it, you should be good to go.  Please let us know if you have any residual issues.

I'm able to log access community and PI, but not IM. I resolved this by changing my password.

Hello, MeFerrell.  We tested on our end and access to all the solutions was quickly restored.  Can you close your browser and re-login with IM to see if you have success?

I was able to login to IM after resetting my password.

I have two exports that are sitting in "pending processing" status, though I have received emails stating that my extracts were ready for download. I have logged out/in and closed/reopened my browser.

Hello and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  The message you mention is unrelated to the login issue we encountered earlier today and is noted as something that occurs sometimes with the Message Center.  Your export is in process and should clear quickly as we do not have a backlog and they are being processed as normal.
