Hello.  Our technical teams are working to resolve an issue in IM.  We are looking into intermittent issues with pages loading slowly and sometimes not loading at all in IM.  We will post updates on this incident here as they are available.

Our technial teams identified the issue and it is resolved.  We will continue to keep an eye on this and please let us know if you encounter any residual issues.

I just tried to search for an item and the website is definitely acting up.  It partially shows some of the information, but not all.
