Hello @lflanary and thanks for reaching out.  Typically, your trading partners should provide you with a copy of their Implementation Guide.  I looked at the current version I have and found this:

Thank you, but we took another look and can see recipients on the North American list who are not 1WS recipients.  For example: US Foods, Unipro, F.A.B., Ben E. Keith, Sysco

Hello, that is a good point.  I did not catch that.  I recommend asking the 1WS Marketing or Business Development team why they used those companies on the list.

Good morning. Thank you for the above info. I was double checking some other detail and found that one of our recipients is not on the recipient  list (Oxyledger in France: 3779000005052). Is that a GLN that you can add, or do I reach out to them to subscribe? Thank you.

Welcome back to our online community!! The recipient GLN you provided for Oxyledger is not registered with the Global Registry. We can only recommend that you contact Oxyledger for next steps. Oxyledger may be in the process of joining a data pool, but only they can provide that information for you.

For companies that we currently connect with Syndigo, Albertson's (no icon), Walmart (*), and Costco(+), who are on the list, will we be able to share the same information as we are sharing to them with Syndigo?  One of the selling points is that we wouldn't have to subscribe to both services.

You can sync and share your data with Albertsons, Walmart, and Costco through our IM platform.

• The '+' indicates that Costco accepts e-commerce rich content, also known as vendor-provided inline or below-the-fold content.
• The '*' indicates that Walmart accepts e-commerce above-the-fold content, supply chain data, and rich content.

I cannot find this company in 1WS to be able to publish items to them.

You can use Item Management to publish the item data required to Codify:

We also checked your company's current subscriptions and no subscription has been set up by Codify for you at the moment:

This means that, unless they have an open subscription allowing them to receive all information publlshed to them, they will need to create a subscription for your company to see any item submitted to them. You can reach out to them directly and request them to set up the subscription.

Hi Team, 

Please advise on the below:

We will have a new customer - Lipari. (I've found it in the provided list). 

They request to publish our items to them through GDSN platform (preferably Syndigo).

We do have Syndigo subscription, but we don't populate /publish there anything - we can only see the Scorecards of some of our customers there.

Is it possible that we publish to Lipari via 1WS and be sure we cover all the necessary attributes/ field that are in Syndigo?

Hi @Kateryna, thanks for using the Community. Would you be able to advise the GLN whom you are being asked to publish to? We have a couple of GLNs listed for them and want to confirm we have the one you need. We do have the ability to publish (synchronize) with those ones sending the GDSN attributes over to them.

Sure, here it is:

Lipari's inbound GLN # they request to publish to - 0094776000999 

As per their guidance: "Items will not be accepted or processed without meeting 100% field requirements".

@Kateryna Yes, you are able to publish to that GLN. I have looked at the required section of the Lipari Implementation Guide, https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/External-Implementation-Guides/Lipari-Foods-External-DP-Implemen... and see that all of the listed attributes are in our system as well and can be sent to them.

Hi,
I am have setup a new item and linked item and am ready to publish it I believe.  When I hit publish and try to add Recipient I do not get anything that aligns with what we have assigned in the past (see below).  This is my first exposure to 1 World Sync so this is all foreign territory to me.  Any guidance would be appreciated, thank you.
