The 1WorldSync Community team is working to further improve the customer experience when maximizing the full potential of the platform.  In addition to the content we are adding to the Community regularly, we also want to share information with our customers regarding some of the ongoing projects and how they will help you even more. 

Currently, we are working on an integration between our JIRA ticketing system and the Community.  Upon the completion of this project, you will have an even more consolidated tool to ensure your support, training, and communication needs are met in a one-stop location.  You can create, manage, and respond to current tickets while having access to look at your historical tickets opened after the Community integration.  

Did you know that 1WorldSync launched a Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline and modernize your training experience?  If so, you have likely already seen some of the integration between Training and the Community and we are working on more.  Please post any questions and feedback you have for the Training team so we can ensure your training needs are being met.  We look forward to showing you all this new tool can do.

More 1WorldSync tools and applications are being integrated with the Community.  In the coming weeks, you will see more Products to learn about and utilize as part of the 1WoirldSync Customer Community.  

We are excited to receive the feedback and see the positive numbers showing us how much the Community is helping you with your support, knowledge sharing, training, and more.  Some of your peers are even becoming more involved and looking for ways to provide support based on their shared experiences.
