Over the next few months, 1WorldSync will improve the customer experience for JIRA ticket creation and management.  We are working on a project to migrate JIRA with our Community and will wrap it up this summer.  In the meantime, customers can currently utilize the direct JIRA portal. 

The 1WorldSync Jira portal can be used to open tickets, check the status of tickets, and add comments to open tickets that you have created.  Below are the steps to sign up for the current ticket management portal.  

 When you send an email to techniclasupport@1worldsync.com you will receive a response email inviting you to join the portal:

In this email, click the "Sign Up Link" and you will land on the page to provide your name and create a password.  Click Save and Continue.

Once you sign up successfully, you will see the initial page for Technical Support as shown below:

Here you can see any request that you created in the portal (Click on Created by Me).  You can access the ticket to check the status and add comments.
