Kroger API Question

AJ

Thank you for the update @CommunityJedi22
How will we see / receive the IMF since the item will now be sent automatically to the Kroger Certified Items API? I see the acceptance, but our sales team is being asked for the IMF number.

Hello, @AJ,

The four items referenced above are still failing publication to the Kroger API Certified queue because these errors are being triggered on the EACH level:
R02044: PUBLICATION IMPACT: Only one Product Image (PRODUCT_IMAGE) can be designated with Digital Asset Primary Indicator (externalFileLink/primaryImage) = TRUE. This primary image should be the main front facing image which represents the product.
R02063: 6 "Product Images" - Exactly 1 Required Primary Front and up to 5 additional UNIQUE Facings ( Back, Left, Right, Top, Bottom).

These messages are sent back based only on the image information provided via the Item Management portal.

At the moment, no front image is set up as Primary on the EACH level of the below hierarchies, so we recommend switching the "Primary Image" indicator for the FRONT image uploaded under the DAM | Ecomm Header  to Yes( by going to the Settings wheel icon of the image  and clicking Edit Metadata to see this indicator)
00071279574585
00071279574578
00071279574592

For 00071279574608, the item is missing a valid front image on the EACH level, kindly upload it and set it as primary.

Regarding the External Digital Assets attribute set information on all EACH levels, we noticed the Uniform Resource Identifier loads a website page rather than a front image, so kindly adjust the Digital Asset Type Code field and the Image facing or remove all data provided under this section.

We also created a ticket for you and sent you an email so that you can share the details of the Syndigo images-related issue with us.

Thank you
