Thank you for the update @CommunityJedi22
How will we see / receive the IMF since the item will now be sent automatically to the Kroger Certified Items API? I see the acceptance, but our sales team is being asked for the IMF number.

@AJ, good afternoon! I was wondering if I understood this correctly. Are you saying that someone else (broker, distributor, etc.) has been sending images through Syndigo, which is preventing your items from being synced with Kroger?
I am just trying to find out if this will eventually be an issue with our company.
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome.
I would recommend creating a ticket so that we can get more details about how your images are being loaded and take a closer look at the examples provided.

That's my question to @Val
My coworker does the Syndigo entries and I can tell by the file names they are not my entries, so I believe that's why Kroger is seeing double primary image submission for my items.

@AJ, thanks for the reply. I will have to keep my eye on this for the future, as well as continuing to monitor this thread.

Hi @AJ and @nancyVigo, it's great chatting with you.
@AJ, Dan's suggestion above for raising a ticket with us was great as it helps us troubleshoot and suggest solutions for your specific case, which may be different from a general use case.
When you have images added for a specific retailer only or images that do not meet a retailer's requirements or you just want one or several retailers to not receive those images, we have a few options that help.
In the image metadata section, there is an Shared with option, and choosing Excluding means that the retaier(s) you choose to add to the list will not receive that image with this setting enabled:
In the example above I was searching for the Kroger Certification GLN. A use case here would be when an image does not meet Kroger's requirements (for example, nutrition facts label images are often smaller and Kroger needs any image submitted to them to be at least 1000 pixels in any direction, so let's say a 900 by 500 image will not be accepted). If you use Excluding option, please add both Kroger API GLNs in the excluded list.
There is also the opposite option, to share an image with only the recipient(s) you want to receive that image:
This should be useful for anyone needing to send images to certain retailers only. Thanks.

Hi @AJ -- we were instructed by Syndigo that we could only have 1 data pool provider at a time. I'm assuming due to the confusion and the likelihood of multiple syndications for 1 item. I'm assuming at some point, you'll probably want to decide which data pool provider you'll want to utilize? Just curious how this works for you.

I haven't seen any communication about this and considering these guys are now the same company I'd like to think they would have disclosed/discussed with the customers to choose the syndication and delivery.

Hi, @AJ and thank you for the follow-up.
New: Customers Can Create & Manage Tickets in Community - for ticket creation, please.
@AJ and @carolhunn, regarding Data Pools and data sharing, a company (information provider) can use a single Data Pool registered with the Global Registry per GLN. While Data Pool providers may also offer different services - like Digital Asset Management (for image-related services for example) - these do not always consitute (GDSN) data syndication. This limitation is created to also avoid (potentially conflicting) data being sent from different sources.
Thanks.

@Val the links on the page just go in circles, back to the link to fill out the page. I really need to resolve this issue before the customer opts out of the new items.
