Why is the IMF not being created?

Hi! I am trying to finalize a item setup for Harris & Teeter. The customer is requesting the IMF number. However, when I go to the comment section for this item, there is no IMF number posted. I only see the following "10010374222820:CIC999:The submitted hierarchy for :Published GTIN 10010374222820 has been received by Kroger systems, processing should occur shortly". 

I don't understand why the IMF isa not appearing/ Item was already submitted and approved by Kroger VIP. GTIN is: 10010374222820.

Hello @SMCGINLEY

We are currently working with Kroger to reject your GTIN because it did not process correctly through their system.

It appears that multiple re-submissions have caused your GTIN to become stuck in the process.

You should see the item back in In-Process Supplier within the hour, ready for resubmission.

Once you resubmit, you will receive your IMF within the hour.

Kroger has indicated that your item has already been processed and an IMF #2044307 has been assigned.

Please contact your Kroger Category Manager if you have any questions.
