Where do I need to go to resolve this error message?

If you can not find the attribute on the Kroger Hierarchy Data page we recommend searching for it in the attribute at the end of the validation error. Please edit the Case and you can find the First Ship Date in the Procurement Information section, I've attached a screenshot below.
