They want me to change UOM, but I can't?

I’m trying to submit an item to Kroger..and I received a response back that they wanted me to change the net content quantity and unit of measure. 

Good enough, I did have to change it,….but, the choice I need to pick, is not in the pulldown menu? 
I want to write  12 fluid ounces,  because, they asked me to.  I only see ounces and I know that won’t fly.

I'm starting to think i'm not in the right place.  I see this in the Family Tree. 

Any suggestions?    On the 1WS  item management side, it says 12 fluid ounces.  This is in VIP that i need to change.

I worked with my Kroger content and he cleared some things on that side and asked us to try to submit again. We got this error back:

00613008763831:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:ITEM FOUND IN SUBMITTED STATUS|ITEM FOUND IN SUBMITTED STATUS

I recommend you contact the SEG team @ 844-277-6165 and ask them if an IMF has been assigned. We might have this resolved but we need SEG to confirm a IMF is assigned.
