Hello,

Our items were rejected by the Supplier due to the incorrect hierarchy level. The item was submitted as case rather than EA and then linked to a case. I am unable to change the "Case" to "Each" and I am also unable to re-enter an item since the GTIN already exists.

Is there a way to re-submit or make the required changes?

Hello,

I just need a little more information, but I am pretty sure if you unlist the item in entered items to make that change. You will not be able to change the package type if the item is listed, you need to unlist to make that change.

Go into Entered Items and check the item in question and unlist it. Once it's unlisted you can change the product type.

Hello,

the item has been unlisted as well as withdrawn, however I am still unable to change the product type nor am I able to create a new item with the same GTIN number.
