PLU Numbers - how to enter in Kroger VIP

Hi,

I have a vendor that is using PLUs instead of UPCs on their consumer item. Does anyone know how to enter PLUs and designate them? Kroger VIP only accepts 14 digit GTINs and I do not know how to handle. TIA.
