Kroger Fred Meyer- Hierarchy Information (Inner Packs) Apparel

I submitted items of 20 pieces case packs in a carton with 2 inners of 10 pieces. But there is an issue when we receive our EDI Po's. 

The category manager suggested to make corrections as follow:

* pack size of the set SKU as the inner pack of 10 and enter 2’s as the master pack, and inner.  This should come across as 2 inner packs of 10 to each case. 

Do you know which fields do I have to make these revisions?

Attached please see the screenshot, from the FUSE template and 1Sync (this is how I submitted).

Please help and let me know how to fix.

Hello and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  We took a look for you but do not fully understand what we are seeing.  The GTIN in the image doesn't match what you are saying Kroger asked of you.  Can you confirm that the GTIN in the image sent matches what you are asking about? The confusion is you have 5 different each level items but are just wanting to do a total of 2 packs

Hello and thanks for getting back to me.

The GTIN in the images matches what I currently submitted into Kroger, but this is not correct. We are entering the case pack and the inners with the individual size ratio. Attached image is the sample.

Kroger want pack size of the set SKU as the inner pack of 10 and enter 2’s as the master pack, and inner.  This should come across as 2 inner packs of 10 to each case. They cannot order 20 units per store and they are using the inner pack quantity.

This is also confusing to me, since I don't know where to make these adjustments.

We have several items to enter with different case packs / inner packs that need to be revised and re-submit.

I'm not sure this is clear but I hope you can help.

Hello. I would recommend reaching out to the Kroger buyer to make sure that we are following along with the request they are making. It looks like they are wanting a 3-level hierarchy. The upper level is the case. The middle level is the 2 packs. Then the base level is the eaches that would be in each pack. If this is correct the hierarchy would need to be the case with the quantity of the next level as 2. The 2 Packs with the quantity of next level as 10. And finally the each GTINs with a quantity of the next level as 1.

Hello. By looking at the total count of each in the hierarchy I see that it was changed from 20 to 10. Is that correct?

Hello Justin, correct. The total count is now changed from 20 to 10.

Thanks for that update on the Case level in the hierarchy you would want to update the field Total Count of All Products to 10 (this is showing that you have 10 each in the case).
