Items in The In Assigned to me Queue ("In process- Supplier)

Hello,

I created some items and noticed that even though I received approval for these items they are stillin the Assigned to me Queue.

In the Kroger Hierarchy Data section I filled out all the required info for the cases ONLY, was I supposed to fill out the same Data for all the Eaches as well before submitting?

Just wondering if they were approved why are they showing as In process...

Hello @STARGIRLJA29

The reason the GTINs are 'assigned to you' is due to the fact that you validated/updated those skus last. The only GTINs we are showing that are assigned to you are 'In Process - Supplier'

If these GTINs are not needed - you can 'DELIST' and remove them from the 'In Process - Supplier' section. 

Select ALL GTINs not needed - and 'DELIST'

Hello @STARGIRLJA29 and thanks for reaching out via the customer community.  Welcome.  Kroger wants you to top-ff information on your consumer-level units and on your hierarchy page.  If you have a multi-level hierarchy with a Case as your partner then you should update the consumer unit as well.

Ok noted to update the eaches as well- once finish, do I need to resubmit?

Once you complete the topping off of your item(s), validate each item and then the hierarchy page until you receive no other errors.  Once you have no errors, submit and wait for a response back from Kroger.  

Ok I am confused..When I go in to see what GTIN from an each that needs to be filled out, they are all showing as filled out and completed...but below it is showing one of the GTIN from above is not complete- see screen shot below- why would that be?

I don't want to resubmit something that's already done and complete if it will cause an issue...

Hello and thank you for the specific details as that helps us better understand your question.  It looks like you have different hierarchy configurations for an item.  It looks to stand alone and be part of the larger hierarchy above.  How is Kroger expecting you to submit the item?  Are they looking for more than one configuration?

I don't think there should be more than one hierarchy....it's apparel...

Is there a way to delete the stand alone item- as it is already approved and completed above?

Also- there are two styles that were rejected because the styles were already set up- see screen shot below.. shouldn't these be in the completed queue?

when I go in the comment queue- it is saying vendor to re-submit- how would I do that- if it's already set up?

Hi,

Spoke to someone from Fred Meyer and everything on their end is completed- nothing else for me to do or resubmit..

The styles that were initially rejected was due to them already being set up in the system, so those should not be in the In Process- Supplier queue..

Let me know if you can help to clean up my queue and get everything to complete.

Hello,

This article you suggested does not help me...it doesn't address my situation. I don't need to submit any missing items...I need to get the assigned to me box cleaned out- there are some items in there that are already in the completed queue...Everything in the assigned to me queue are ALREADY done and should read completed...The GTINS below were Rejected because the items were already set up in the system- I spoke to the buyer and she said she put the reason for the rejection as Already Set Up- so these items should not have come back to me, she doesn't know why they are there...so who can change these status to COMPLETE?

The other items are in the completed queue, but are ALSO showing up in the Assigned to me queue...why is that??

There is only one hierarchy configuration required- I only did one...so can these be removed from the queue?
