I've finally managed to get one of my items to submit after the endless red errors that kept popping up! But now I'm being asked to check my spelling before I submit my item to get the IMF number? The spelling of our brand name is definitely correct, so I'm not sure how to resolve this:
The brand/sub-brand for this item(s) (00812600034893) has not been seen in VIP previously. Accurate brand names and the consistency of their spelling and capitalization is critical. Continuing with this brand/sub-brand will confirm this name as a new/additional brand name in VIP for your company so that other similar branded items will not receive this validation message. For New items, a new brand name will create a new pricing group within Kroger systems. Please verify the entered brand/sub-brand name.

Hello and welcome back. This can occur when the spelling of your brand is different from any spelling on your recipient side. They may be expecting it one way the spelling, punctuation, etc could be different. I recommend you reach out to your contacts at Kroger and verify the spelling they have on your end matches what you are sending.
