Kroger New Brand Submission.

Good Day, I submitted the below items and now it under "review". Below is the message popped up before I submitted, What does this means?

KR1325 The brand/sub-brand for this item(s) (10608863691907,00608863745313,00608863745320,00608863745306) has not been seen in VIP previously. Accurate brand names and the consistency of their spelling and capitalization is critical. Continuing with this brand/sub-brand will confirm this name as a new/additional brand name in VIP for your company so that other similar branded items will not receive this validation message. For New items, a new brand name will create a new pricing group within Kroger systems. Please verify the entered brand/sub-brand name.

Hello and thank you for reaching out.  I looked in IM and it appears the brand name you provided has an extra space in the value between Kids and Inc.  Can you correct, repub, and try again with that update?

You will likely need to make that change in IM and send it to Kroger VIP again.

Hi there,

I am also having this issue. It's saying our brand name is not in the system. My company name is Proof (I think we're under Proof Company, LLC in this portal), but I've tried both names, and I get an error every time I try and validate.

Hello and thank you for reaching out via our customer community.  Welcome.  Can you confirm whether you are getting this error in IM or VIP?  Can you confirm you are submitting with your name exactly like this:  Proof Company, LLC

I have no idea - once I go to "Products" and then "Create Item"  enter all the product information, I get the message upon validating the info. And they initially were all set to just Proof, but then I went back and tried Proof Company, LLC (exactly like that), and it still is saying there is an error with the brand name not matching.
