Nearly every day, I get a CIC rejection from Kroger due to images. The rejection either says duplicate image or outdated image. Sometimes, I update the image to the new label, and they come back to say outdate image. I have no idea why; I am curious to see if anyone knows the reason behind this? Kroger requires images for an item to be successfully submitted in VIP, so to me, these errors don't make any sense. I work very hard on creating these images.

Hello @sbrewster and thanks for reaching out via the customer community. There are a few nuanced validations to meet Kroger's requirements but they are very good about messaging that provides you guidance on how to resolve. Based on the error in your screen capture, did you submit an update on a previous image?
