Hello - does anyone have a contact I can reach out to?  We have a review that states

10785357025568:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:VENDOR TO RESUBMIT|There is an issue with one or more image provided. 10785357025568 (1WS/FRONT/TRANSPARENT) The Image URL you provided , is not a valid 1WorldSync URL.

It is a valid URL and comes up just fine for me when I check the link?

I tried commenting in the review box, but they just ignored that.

Hello.  On y our third image, I populated the values below for you and saved them.  Can you try submitting again and let me know if they push back on you again?

Image Facing = Front
Image Background = Transparent

I had to remove those values because they didn't want two images with "front" populated.

Yes, that was a hopeful theory, and understand your actions and feedback.  I looked on your Each GTIN after seeing this validation error for that hierarchy:

KRDAM16330 Multiple Digital Assets or External File Links with Type of Information equal to "Product Image" and Image Facing equal to "Front" are not allowed. For GDSN items, you may need to correct data in the data pool. Digital Assets (00785357025561_C1N1.jpg , 1000417_Cafe Domingo_10.5oz_GR_Front.jpg). Item (00785357025561).  PI4000 Validate has not been completed successfully.

I noticed on your each, you have two images that are front facing, white background, Product Images.  Why is that?  They are only looking for one of these per GTIN.

yes...well, that is a long story.  I am new here and have a lot to clean up.  Looks like the one that was published was not the right size so they just added one that was the correct size in VIP.  this morning I added the correct size in 1world and deleted the one in VIP.  STILL SAYING IT

I can see the hierarchy has been validated successfully in Kroger's portal, are you good to go here now?

That actually happened at the same time it was also sent back to me for the same reason.  It was back in status of "in process-supplier".  I have submitted for the 4th time.  we will see what happens.
