We are trying to send display pallets to Kroger and are having a hard time getting the structure correct. We have two displays with the same issue. We have a product that is a one pack that is classified as a Case so Base Unit, Consumer Unit, Orderable Unit, Invoice Unit and Dispatch Unit on this product are all True. This product is going into a display ready pallet, which was originally sent as a Display with the Consumer and Base Unit as False and the other indicators as True. The One Pack is sold to numerous customer as a stand alone. Kroger does not purchase this from us. They are asking for these two pallets but when sent to PI/VIP we are having issues. Originally the displays were sent by us as DS and received errors, we were told to use Pallet which looked ok until the IMF came back to us and the Pallet had disappeared and it is showing just the one pack. I have attached an IMF for reference. Any assistance would be appreciated.
