KR16002 Nutrient Basis Quantity Type Code

Hi, i am a first-time user. we are importing our info from a different GDSN data pool. I am getting this message in validation: 

• KR16002 Nutrient Basis Quantity Type Code is required when Nutrient Type Code is populated on Base Units. Item (00081953803528)

However, I can't edit anything in nutrients. I saw a similar post, but it was using the 1worldsync IM and the answer was to make a change in IM. Should I go into the IX-One IM and make a change, then it will automatically be updated to the Kroger VIP?

You can find the attribute in the Nutritional Claim Information section and then in the Nutrient Information Link as follows:

However, because the nutrient details were added from your Data Pool, the Basis Quantity Type Code is not an editable field in Product Introduction, so it needs to be submitted from your Data Pool. Once successfully updated from your Data Pool, it will show up in Product Introduction.

Thanks! Made the change in RIVR, do I need to republish to Kroger VIP or does it automatically do it since i have already published to the Kropger GLN xxx019_

Hello, @erikjaeger and thank you for reaching out to our customer community. 

To answer your question if the item has already been published saving the changes should be enough for Kroger but you might need to wait 15/30 minutes maybe a bit more for the changes you made to reflect into product introduction.
