Hello @MARIASANTOS, and thank you for reaching out. 

Could you please provide us with the link to the portal you were trying to log in to, so we can further troubleshoot?

Also, here is how you can change the community to the Brazilian version.

To the top right, click on the 1WorldSync Global Community, and you will have an option for Community Brasil. Hope it helps.
