Hi Team,

Could you please check GTIN 10011110141108? It is published to Kroger but they can not see this item in Kroger VIP, its an urgent request

Hello and welcome to the customer Community.  I took a look in IM at GTIN 10011110141108 in the Sync Status Report and saw it was published to Kroger successfully.  Have you opened this item in PI/VIP, topped it off, validated and submitted it to Kroger?
