Sometimes, Wakefern Information Providers will encounter an issue where the Vendor Pack Quantity Is Wrong on the Wakefern side for Publications from IM. Fortunately, this is a quick and easy fix. Search for your GTIN. Update the GTIN for Point of Sale Type Code and the GTIN for Point of Sale on the case, and republish as new. Be sure to make this update on every GTIN in the hierarchy. The GTIN for Point of Sale Type Code will vary based on the GTIN type (Each, CASE, Pallet, etc).
