Hello, I published an item, last week. No matter what, the broker is showing they can't see it? I show that it did go, and i can't see their portal, and have no errors, so i don't know why?
My GLN is: 0613008000004.
The GTIN in question is: 00613008770235.
I used the Wakefern playlist?? I have no validation errors?
Can anyone tell me where i go next?

I can confirm GTIN was successfully published to and received by Wakefern. I logged in under the Wakfern GLN (#1 in the screenshot below) and searched for your GTIN (#2). It currently has a status of Received (#3), therefore Wakefern can see the hierarchy information.
We also checked both levels of your hierarchy and can confirm everything validates as needed with the correct Wakfern playlists added.
We recommend reaching out to either your broker and confirming the above or to Wakefern directly at datasync@wakefern.com.
If they identify any additional steps or updates required on our end, please let us know and we would be delighted to assist further where necessary. Thank you.

I think i need more help from you? I had asked the Wakefern data synch help to tell me what they saw. They were able to tell me of another attribute that needed to be validated...that doesn't show up with the validation with the playlist. fine, i did that...but, my broker, still can't see the item? I don't know where to go from there? The helping person, is covering, and trying his best! Is there somethign else you see, that can get this item over to them? Or, are they just not looking in the right place, although, they aren't new to this? At a loss for what to do here! Thank you so much for any more input from you!

Is the item not coming up in the Wakefern item portal or is Wakefern not seeing it after it was forwarded from Wakferns part of it?
You can look at the Wakefern Implementation Guide to see why the item might not have made it to Wakefern's system. Here is a list if you want a quick look at it:
The incorrect Publication Type was used.
The publication hierarchy is not built correctly. Example you have a Case linked
to a Case Product Type, when the correct built would be CASE > EACH.
You do not have a level of the hierarchy marked as consumer unit “yes” or
“true”. This applies to standard UPC items, please see the second question listed in the Frequently Asked Questions section above about Random Weighted
items.
You have the consumer unit level of the hierarchy entered with a 14-digit
gs1TradeItemIDKeyCode and Value (this attribute populates the item UPC field
in the Wakefern item portal)
You did not enter a value for the gs1TradeItemIDKeyValue or you entered an
incorrect value
Wakefern is not subscribed to your GLN. We are unable to accept any GTIN
publications from a GLN not in our database.
The status of the GTIN is listed as “Failed – Sending to Subscriber”. This means
that the GTIN transmission failed when sending from you to Wakefern and we
did not get the publication.
Out of all those possible causes the only one that might be a problem could be the GTIN for Point of Sale Type Code and GTIN for Point of Sale but if you think the values are correct then the only option would be to republish the item Republishing in Item Management.
if that does not work and you can't find the item in the Wakefern item portal then you will need to talk with Wakefern about this issue.

Hello again,
I did check for all of what is up there you copied, to be correct. I am shown this below, when she says, don't see anything yet. Again, i just publish,i don't see the portal..the broker does that. I will check again, and republish as new again, but, this is what she shows me below..That it's not showing up in that list she must go to?

I have reviewed your request and, if the item you mentioned has been successfully published and then republished, but Wakefern is still unable to see it, this issue should be directed to their support team, since 1WorldSync can only troubleshoot issues that occur on our platforms.

Hello,
I have not been able to get this item over, with the help of Wakeferns data synch either. The main person, was on vacaction until today. I have a few items...that aren't getting over. I have been using the Wakefern playlist, and it seems, the playlist, doesn't cover everything they require. Which is kind of upsetting...when you can't figure it out. I have actually a 7 or so items i need to get over to them! Again, the one item...I have no idea why i can't get it published..and, i thought i see, i did everything correctly. Again, the cover person, saw it, but the broker, can't. She has that picture on the top that she shows me....I don't get it. 😞
