Good morning team!
I recently entered a couple of Salt & Pepper grinders for PFG, which I published to them as "new."
I received a CIC message of "Review" and we reached out to the customer. Their reply was that I needed to change the UOM from Calorie to Kilocalorie, which is not what I usually do.
Screen shots of their email stating that the Calorie UOM is being depreciated, as well as what I currently have filled out for the items is attached.
Thanks in advance for your help in this matter!

Hello @ximena, thank you for the swift reply.
In order to view a review message in its entirety, it is best to go to Reports - Sync Status and use the filters to search for the GTIN you are looking for:
For the GS1 Product Image-related errors, please check the current standards here GS1 Product Image Specification Standard and skip to chapter 3.1.5 File Naming.
For the nutrient and allergen-related errors, please add the Performance Food Group Playlist on your Each as well (more details how to add and use Playlists here: 1WorldSync Playlists Video) and we also recommend adding the Food and Beverage Products one so that you can access the Nutrition Facts area in Item Management and correct the information there - add Serving Size Description and Nutrient Basis Qty Type and also either add more information for Calcium or remove the entered details if they are not on the product label:
Last but not least, the hierarchy is currently failing to synchronize with your retailer:
To review the attribute(s) causing a failure, you can always use the Item History report:
Therefore, the Product Activity Details below need to be removed, please (all 3 attributes) from the Case level of your hierarchy:
In case you cannot find them, you can also add the All Populated Playlist.
Please let us know of this helped or if there is anything else we may help with for this request. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
