"Nutrient Basis is Required" Kroger Publication Error

I receive the following error when attempting to publish the case of a case-each hierarchy to the Kroger API: 

Nutrient Basis is required when Consumer Unit Indicator is True and Type of Labeling equals NUTRITIONAL PANEL

At the each level, I have specified "By Serving" for the Nutrient Basis Qty Type in the Nutritional Information section in the Item Data. I have additionally specified "Nutrient Basis Description" in the Nutritional Information section when the nutritional information grid is set to "Advanced". Because the error does not highlight the field it is referring to and there is no field called "Nutrient Basis" in the Item Data view, I am at a loss on how to resolve this error.

Please add the "Value" and "Unit of Measure" fields under the "Nutrient Basis Qty Type" attribute group, for the header of the Nutritional Information grid.
