Ben E Keith Ti/Hi "error"

Hello!

I'm reaching out about a Syncrhonization error showing up on Tom Cat's dashboard:

As you can see, they are null.

I was going to remove the playlist and re publish to Ben E Keith, but I wanted to check something first:

Super odd. Why would there be a sync error if the CIC is good and saying synchronized?

Hello, @TomCatSupport Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome. The synchronization status is an old one that was provided back in October. You can check the status of the item under Reports-Sync Status. There you will see the date when the last CIC response was provided by your retailer. 

The publication failure is triggered by the playlists you have on the item but also make sure there are no spaces on the TI/HI fields. We always suggest using a playlist as the Playlists are built per the recipient's requirements, but in this situation, nothing else is missing. Please remove all the playlists from the item and publish again to BEN E KEITH.
